The new ten-floor class A office building, named “ARC” will contain 30,000 sqm of modern office space. The Arc will be located near the Basarab metro station in a commercially developed area. The project will include modern underground parking for more than 300 cars, charging stations for electric vehicles, facilities for cyclists, storage space and its own recreational garden. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2026.
The Arc office complex will stand at the western end of the extended city center, which is fast becoming one of Bucharest’s core business districts. This area is characterized by excellent transport accessibility and civic amenities.
The location of the Arc project will offer excellent access to the metro and tram and train connections. In the future, there are also plans for direct train link to the international airport, with a terminal close to the future office complex.
